Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra who is also the director of Rang De Basanti. Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is the real story of the flying sikh, Milkha Singh the indian national champion athlete and an Olympian. This is the story of how Milkha overcame the massacre of this family, civil war during India-Pakistan partition and being homeless to become one of India's most iconic athlete. Farhan Akhtar portraying as Milkha Singh, has done a very good job and the movie has received a very positive response from the critics. Sonam Kapoor acting as Biro is Milkha's love interest during his days as a robber.

This movie has a Universal U certificate despite some violent and adult content.
