SUMMARY : Nepal's election draws closer, then prime minister Bhaktaraj decides to join hands with kingmaker Keshabraj, as he sees no possibility of winning. Keshabraj decides to raise all the necessary funds to maintain Bhaktaraj's party and make him Prime minister again. By collecting money from Nepal, India and other palces, Keshabraj starts to buy the parliament, but this time the parliamentarians demand more money. Keshabraj still needs $300 million, now Keshabraj, along with his godfather, sends a criminal named Chamero(Batman) to bring black money.
